Set your table saw blade to the depth that will let your panel fit into your rails and stiles.

Cutting the grooves in your rails and stiles is easy with a table saw, it just takes a few passes.

Cutting tenons is a simple process on a table saw using multiple passes on one side then flipping it over to finish on the other side.

Slide the panel into the rails and stiles then glue and clamp and let dry.

Give the entire door a sanding with 220 grit sandpaper (150 if using stain). Then paint or stain in the color of your choice.
