Make the cuts per the cut list in the plans. Using 1-1/4" finish screws and wood glue, build the frame for the 2′ x 4′ regulation size cornhole board.
I bought pre-cut 2×4 plywood. Draw a 6" diameter circle, then use a jigsaw or hole saw to cut out the hole. Pre-cut boards save time and effort.
Building the legs is the hardest part. Draw a 1-1/4″ radius semi-circle on top, cut with a jigsaw. Drill a 3/8″ hole, attach with carriage bolts and wing nuts.
Fill holes with wood filler, prime, and paint. I painted boards black and white, stained legs. Use Cricut Machine for custom quotes/graphics.
