Tips to build a perfect DIY modern bookshelf –

  1. Do a rough fit

Before you make any pocket holes, be sure to lay out everything on the floor to get an idea of the direction and location of the pocket holes. Be sure to mark the locations on each shelf and keep track of the shelves because they can get confusing. Two sides of the bookshelf built with shelves attached.

  2. Ensure shelves are square

Use a speed square while you attach the shelves to make sure they are square and perfectly perpendicular to the sides and back.

That’s it! Follow the build plans and you have your shelf!Complete DIY modern bookshelf before staining in a garage
