It is DIY Halloween wreath time!
By the way, how is it almost Halloween already?
So I had to finally dismantle my DIY 5-minute fall wreath and change it into a Halloween wreath. I gave a preview of taking apart the fall wreath and making the Halloween wreath in this Live video.
Here are all the sources and details on how to make this easy Halloween decoration for your front door!

Materials Needed for a DIY Halloween Wreath –
- Grapevine wreath
- Spider Web
- Glittery spiders ( these are table scatters)
- Letters “BOO” – I got these from Party City. I can’t believe they were only $2.99. You can also use unfinished MDF letters from a craft store and paint them – which is what I was going to do initially.
How to make a wreath for Halloween-
It was a super easy wreath to make and took me under 10 minutes. I made a short video to show you exactly how to make this wreath. Step by step instructions follow.
Step 1 – Stretch the spider web over the grapevine wreath form. In addition to covering the wreath form, also stretch it across the ends to add more character.
Step 2 – Attach the little spiders to the spider web. They simple intertwined in there and were stuck.
Step 3 – Attach the “BOO” letters using a dab of hot glue on the back. You can see me use a little dab in the video. I had to go back and add a little bit more to get the letters to stick.
And that’s it! And easy-peasy Halloween wreath!
It really can’t get easier and faster than this!
How do you decorate for Halloween? Do you go all out or just add a few simple touches of Halloween combined with fall decor?
